  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team via the "Contact Information" page to initiate a return. Our customer service team will assist you with what's needed to return the product.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 6-9 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • If you purchased your product or subscription using only your mobile phone (SMS), you'll  need to access the link sent to your mobile device upon completing the order to manage your account. You can also add an email to your account afterward. If you initially used an email address to complete your order, you'd login to manage your account by clicking the "Account" link located at the top right of the Masculuxe website. 

  • Available payment methods may include major credit cards and accelerated checkout options shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other supported payment methods.

  • For approved returns, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund to cover processing and handling.

  • Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is accepted and processing begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

  • MASCULUXE reserves the right to accept, decline, change, or cancel an order in accordance with its Terms of Service. If an order is changed or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

  • Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. These are calculated where applicable during checkout.

  • Within our email communications, you'll see "unsubscribe" which allows you to unsubscribe from our email list.

  • Shipping availability, costs, customs fees, and import duties may vary by destination and will be shown where applicable during checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import charges that may apply.
