Domestic Shipping

MASCULUXE currently offers shipping within the United States.

Available domestic shipping options may include:

Economy Shipping

Estimated delivery: 6–9 business days

  • Orders $50.00 and up: Free Economy Shipping
  • Orders weighing 0–5 lb: $4.90
  • Orders weighing 5–70 lb: $19.90

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days

  • Orders weighing 0–1 lb: $6.90
  • Orders weighing 1–5 lb: $9.90

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected, order weight, order value, and delivery destination.

International Shipping

MASCULUXE may offer international shipping to select countries and regions.

Available international shipping options may include:

  • DHL Express Worldwide
  • USPS First Class Package International
  • USPS Priority Mail International
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, selected carrier, and available service options.

Please note that international shipping availability may vary by country or region.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed before they are handed off to the shipping carrier. Processing times are separate from the estimated delivery times shown at checkout.

During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or carrier delays, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. MASCULUXE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, holidays, or other events outside of our control.

Estimated delivery time begins once the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Please allow time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

MASCULUXE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or inability to deliver, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the package is under the carrier’s control.

MASCULUXE is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after carrier acceptance. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

MASCULUXE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain destinations due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or local laws.

MASCULUXE reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel shipments where shipping is unavailable, restricted, or otherwise not feasible.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that shipping details, products, or delivery methods can be changed before fulfillment begins.
